In Response to “Thank You”

A common answer to Thank you is: “You’re welcome.

But you can and it is definitely better to use the following phrases and expressions to reply thank. Depending on the situation you are in, you can use one of these phrases:

  • Don’t mention it.
  • No problem.
  • Glad to help.
  • Any time.
  • It was nothing.
  • My pleasure.
  • It’s my pleasure.
  • No worries.
  • It was the least I could do.
  • Sure!
  • You’re very welcome.
  • That’s all right.
  • Thank you. (When you have a reason to thank that person.)
